Geothermal systems are high efficient heating and cooling
systems that absorb or reject heat into ground water. These
systems utilize the constant temperature of ground water to
maintain high efficiency regardless of what outdoor
temperature is. These systems do require a water well system.
Tax credits are available for on geothermal heating systems.
