With
the
phase out of certain refrigerants our technicians have been
fully trained in refrigerant recovery and service. The standard
refrigerant of air conditioners in the past has been R22 which is
being
phased out over a number of years and is being replaced by
R410 refrigerant.
(Additional information) This transition is occurring already with quality
and environmentally conscious companies. Lennox currently offers a
complete line of either R22 or R410 cooling units. The installation
of R410 air conditioners requires certification from manufacturers.
Our technicians have been certified and trained in both types of
refrigerant.

A chlorine free refrigerant that meets
the Environmental Protection Agency's
newest, most stringent environmental
guidelines.

SEER:
Seasonal Energy Efficiency
Ratio - Energy efficiency rating for air
conditioners. The higher the SEER the better
the energy performance. The department of
Energy's minimum SEER rating for air
conditioners is 13. |
